It is a combination of 2 adapters - the   rear one has the bellows connector, the   front on is lens-specific and can be exchanged for an adapter for another   lens.

Both adapters are connected via the M39 thread, so M-39 lenses can also be used after unscrewing the front adapter

It is an adapter for lenses of the Olympus OM-SLR analog system. Lenses of the Olympus OM-D system can not be adapted!
